Rate: Up to $1,233/day (including super)

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Architect to join a large NSW Government organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of cyber security architecture across a complex enterprise ICT environment.

- Develop and maintain enterprise cyber security architecture and security controls.
n
- Provide security architecture advice for cloud, infrastructure, network, and application initiatives.
n
- Assess emerging technologies and provide recommendations on cyber risks and security controls.
n
- Ensure solutions align with security frameworks, standards, and organisational policies.
n
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, project teams,



and stakeholders to deliver secure-by-design solutions.
n
- Contribute to cyber security strategy, governance, and risk management activities.
n

Primary Skills

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Cyber Security Architecture within large enterprise environments.
n
- Solid knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, network, and security architecture.
n
- Experience with ACSC ISM, ISO 27001/27002, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, and related frameworks.
n
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, SABSA, TOGAF, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, or Cloud Security certifications.
n
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and modelling tools including ArchiMate, UML, or SysML.
n
- Experience working across Windows and Linux environments (desirable).
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
