About the Role

You'll oversee a local commercial and industrial portfolio of around 80 properties, working closely with a Senior Commercial Property Manager. This role offers hands‐on involvement in all aspects of commercial property management – without the overload. You'll benefit from one‐on‐one mentoring, excellent systems, and a strong admin structure to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain a commercial property portfolio (approx. 100 properties to start)

- Coordinate lease negotiations, inspections, maintenance, and compliance
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
n
- No trust accounting or arrears management
n

About You

- Must have commercial property management experience
n
- Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
n
- Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle
n
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

- Professional, proactive, and collaborative
n
