You'll receive on‐the‐job training and work alongside experienced Finance professionals who will support your development as you learn the fundamentals of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations and financial administration.

No previous accounting experience is required – we're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, the Junior Accounts Officer will support the Finance team with a range of day‐to‐day accounting and administrative activities. You'll work collaboratively with other Accounts Officers and gain exposure across multiple areas of finance.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Processing Accounts Payable invoices and assisting with weekly payment runs
n
- Processing bank receipts and allocating Accounts Receivable payments
n
- Preparing and sending customer statements and managing direct debits
n
- Responding to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable enquiries
n
- Assisting with bank, corporate card and general ledger reconciliations
n




- Supporting bookkeeping and general finance administration activities
n
- Providing general finance and operational support across the business
n
- Following established financial procedures and governance requirements
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is:

n

n
- Currently completing their final year of study or a recent graduate in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline
n
- Looking for their first role in Finance and Accounting
n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
n
- Comfortable working with numbers and learning new systems
n
- Eager to learn, take feedback and continuously develop their skills
n
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
n
- Able to manage competing priorities and work accurately in a fast‐paced environment
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with Excel skills highly regarded
n
