The Role

n

Reporting directly to Senior Management, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality accounting, taxation, and advisory services to our clients.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
n




- Preparing and lodging income tax returns during client appointments
n
- Assisting with tax planning and more complex tax matters, including Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), and Capital Gains Tax (CGT)
n
- Managing ATO, client, and internal deadlines
n
- Building strong relationships with clients and responding to day-to-day queries
n
- Identifying opportunities to add value and support clients in achieving their financial goals
n
- Contributing to improvements in systems, processes, and practice management
n
- Continuing to develop your knowledge across taxation, accounting, and business advisory services
n

About You

n

You are a motivated and proactive accountant who enjoys working with clients and being part of a collaborative team environment.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Experience in Business Services/Public Practice - 2+ Years
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting
n
- CPA or CA qualification (or currently undertaking studies - not essential)
n
- Strong technical accounting and taxation skills
n
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
n
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
