The Y NSW is recruiting an Assistant Director to support the leadership of an OSHC service and help deliver secure, inclusive programs for children, families and educators.

Working with the Director, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, support program quality, coach educators, ensure compliance, and foster a positive team culture while maintaining high standards of care and education across before and after school care.
