Alpha Landscape Group is a company with a large pipeline of contracts that is seeking someone to help lead our growing team to ensure we deliver high quality projects.

n

Reporting to the Managing Director, responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Business Development using existing relationships to help grow the division.
n
- Working closely with the Managing Director and Site Supervisors to plan, procure materials, manage, and deliver landscape projects.
n
- Contract and Stakeholder / Client relationship management.
n
- Reporting of budgets, programs, monitoring and reporting.
n
- Managing compliance with Integrated Management System requirements for HSEQ.
n
- Tendering, submission of claims, EoT's and compliance auditing.
n

n





The successful candidate will have:

n

n
- An understanding of trees, plants, equipment, machinery, soil types, irrigation systems, pest control, and construction methodologies.
n
- Previous P.M / P.E experience (3+ years)
n
- Existing client and consultant relationships in the industry.
n
- Tertiary qualification relevant to Landscaping would be highly regarded.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to work autonomously and have robust organisational skills.
n
- Experience with Microsoft Office is essential.
