Experienced Triage Delegates - Single Assessment Service

n

We're seeking highly skilled, experienced Assessors to join our Triage/Assessment team.

n

This is a role for seasoned clinicians who know the Single Assessment Service inside out, and who bring sound clinical judgement to complex, time-sensitive decisions. You'll be triaging referrals, determining appropriate assessment pathways, and applying your clinical reasoning to ensure clients are directed to the right level of support - all without the demands of a caseload or F2F travel.

Must have:

- Registered Nurse, Allied Health Professional, or Social Worker
n
- Minimum 6 months' experience in Single Assessment Service
n
- Triage Delegation certification
n
- Comprehensive Assessor certification
n

The role:

- 100% remote working,



or can also be hybrid from Parkville VIC office if you value some in-person connection
n
- Flexible schedule - 3 days/week up to full-time
n
- September start, minimum 3-month engagement with a robust likelihood of extension.
n
- Ongoing locum work available nationwide
n
- $69.81 per hour plus 12% super
n

This role suits experienced Comprehensive/Clinical Assessors who want to reduce F2F travel without compromising on the calibre of work they do, with genuine flexibility to fit around study, semi-retirement, family, or growing your own business.

Only candidates with current experience and relevant (outlined above) certifications working as a Clinical Assessor and Triage Delegate within the Single Assessment Service will be considered for this role.
