About the Role ...

n

As a part of the Reception team, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Maintaining and developing relationships with members
n
- Ensuring compliance with liquor & gaming regulations
n
- Maximising the patron satisfaction levels by driving service standards
n
- Answering phone calls and directing them to correct contact or answering enquiries
n
- Microphone announcements
n
- Answering all enquiries from members
n

n

Your role will be to enhance customer service, achieve individual and team KPIs, meet financial targets and coach and motivate your team.

n

A front of house, hands-on role, you will bring proven experience of floor operations including cash handling,



a decisive personality and the ability to communicate with a diverse membership demographic. An eye for detail and a clear understanding of compliance and necessary legislation is imperative.

To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:

- Have an extensive knowledge of club activities
n
- Knowledge of aspects of compliance with relevant legislation
n
- Proven ability to deal with a diverse demographic
n
- Ability to improve communications and form strong customer relations
n
- Effective time management and organisational skills
n
- Immaculate personal presentation and service
n

Requirements and Qualifications:

n

n
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
n
- Responsible Service of Gaming certificate
n
- Experience in conflict resolution and employee engagement
n
- Working rights in Australia
n
