Crest is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our team in North Lakes, QLD. As part of the Queensland - Mechanical department, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a key role in our organisation. The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing HVAC projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading project planning, including defining project scope, goals and deliverables

- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
n
- Managing project budgets, resources and timelines effectively
n
- Overseeing installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC systems
n
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
n
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to project team members
n
- Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays proactively

- Preparing regular reports and updates for management and clients
n
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
n
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices within the organisation

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing HVAC projects, with excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. A solid understanding of mechanical systems, building codes and regulations is essential.
