SDR Team Manager

We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams. Your primary objective will be to manage and mentor a successful team of 2‐10 SDRs/BDRs, maintain a multi‐million dollar pipeline, and develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, empathy and a rigorous work ethic.

Responsibilities

- Manage inbound leads and develop outbound outreach strategies for a global tech company.
n
- Lead and mentor a team of 2‐10 SDRs/BDRs, fostering growth, performance, and career advancement.
n
- Maintain a multi‐million dollar customer pipeline and drive consistent revenue growth.
n
- Experiment with new outbound approaches to adapt to market changes.
n
- Collaborate cross‐functionally to support sales, alliances and product teams.
n

Qualifications

- Excellent academic results at school and university.
n
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM.
n
- Knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology.
n
- Track record of delivering exceptional outbound sales development results.
n




- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement – curious, flexible, scientific.

- Creative problem‐solving and cross‐team collaboration.

- Leadership experience in any form.

- Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
