As our Victorian operations continue to expand, we're growing our warehouse team and looking for a reliable High Reach Forklift Operator to join us during an exciting period of growth and transition.

The Opportunity:

n

As a Warehouse Picker/Packer & Forklift Operators, you'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. You'll be working with modern systems and equipment in a clean, well-organised facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Pick Packers
n
- Work across temperature-controlled environments (-5°C to 25°C)
n
- Picking and packing orders accurately
n
- Preparing orders for dispatch
n
- Receiving and processing incoming stock
n
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
n
- Working to daily KPIs while maintaining quality standards
n




- Supporting team members and contributing to a positive culture
n
- Work across temperature-controlled environments (-23 C to 25°C)
n
- Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
n
- Loading and unloading trucks (inbound and outbound)
n
- Putaways, replenishment, and stock movements
n
- Supporting stocktakes, quality checks, and inventory accuracy
n
- Checking goods for damage and reporting any variances
n
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
n
- Working closely with the team to maintain workflow and meet targets
n

You'll Bring:

n

n
- Previous warehouse experience preferred (but not essential)
n
- Robust attention to detail
n
- Physically fit and able to be on your feet
n
- Reliable with strong attendance
n
- Positive attitude and team mindset
n
- Forklift licence (LF) advantageous but not required
n
