This is an exclusive opportunity to advance your career as the Precinct Property Manager at an award-winning premium precinct in Melbourne.

The Position

n

As the Precinct Property Manager, you will be integral to the ongoing success and market-leading reputation of the precinct through the effective management of several office buildings, with a key focus on providing an exceptional customer experience and leading a small team. Working alongside industry leaders in a collaborative and energetic environment, you will be supported by Property Management, Leasing, Operations, Projects, Marketing, Legal, Finance and Administration.

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Provide exceptional customer service and engagement with corporate tenants and stakeholders.
n
- Develop, execute and manage annual business plans, financial budgets and property management reports.
n
- Accountable for the precinct's arrears, operational, CAPEX and reforecasting.
n
- Assist with market rent reviews and negotiations.
n
- Lead and manage the career development of a small team.
n

About you

n

Due to the nature of this role, our client requires you to have the following experience:

n

n
- Manage premium and/or A-grade office buildings.
n
- Staff management and leadership.
n
- Exceptional customer service, relationship management and an eye for detail.
n
- Ability to work in a flat-structured,



respectful environment with shared values including integrity, professionalism and accountability.
