We're looking for an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, takes pride in producing high-quality engineering documentation, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

About the Role
n
You will be responsible for managing and delivering civil engineering projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, authorities and the wider project team.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Prepare civil engineering designs and technical documentation.
n
- Produce accurate engineering drawings and drafting deliverables.
n
- Prepare high-quality technical reports and correspondence.
n
- Liaise directly with clients, contractors and relevant authorities.
n
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
n
- Ensure all work meets relevant Australian Standards and industry requirements.
n
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.

About You
n
n
- A degree in Civil Engineering.
n
- Experience within the civil consulting industry.
n
- Strong design and drafting skills.
n
- Exceptional technical report writing and communication skills.
n
- A client-first mindset with the ability to build and maintain robust skilled relationships.
n
- Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
n
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a supportive team.
n
- Proficiency with industry software such as AutoCAD, 12D, Music X, QGIS, Drains and the Microsoft Office Suite.
