The Opportunity

n

As a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, you'll join a collaborative team providing comprehensive obstetric and gynaecology services across a diverse regional population.

n

You'll have the opportunity to:

n

n
- Manage a broad mix of obstetric and gynaecology presentations, from routine care through to complex pregnancies and advanced gynaecological surgery.
n
- Lead antenatal, postnatal and specialist outpatient clinics.
n
- Perform operative gynaecological procedures and surgery.
n
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centred care.
n
- Coordinate care for women with complex pregnancies requiring input from multiple specialties.
n
- Play an integral role in maintaining high clinical standards and improving Women's Health services.
n

- Supervise and mentor Registrars, JMOs and medical students.

- Contribute to the ongoing development of Women's Health services.

What We're Looking For

n

To qualify, you must meet one of the following:

n

n
- Hold or be eligible for Specialist Registration with AHPRA.
n
- Hold or soon to hold Fellowship with RANZCOG.
n
- IMGs ready to submit their specialist assessment or already assessed as substantially comparable.
n
- Onshore with at least 12 months of recent Australian experience.
n
