We are seeking an experienced National Replenishment Officer to lead the replenishment and inventory function across our growing manufacturing business.

n

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong supplier relationships while ensuring materials are available to support production and customer demand.

n

Working closely with Production, Planning, Sales, Finance and key suppliers, you will play a critical role in maintaining supply continuity, optimising inventory, improving supplier performance and delivering cost efficiencies.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the National Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading national replenishment and inventory planning activities.
n
- Ensuring ingredients and packaging are available to meet production schedules.
n
- Managing supplier relationships and performance.
n
- Monitoring inventory levels and minimising stock shortages.
n
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
n
- Supporting new product launches through timely material sourcing.
n
- Maintaining accurate ERP purchasing and inventory data.
n




- Driving continuous improvement across replenishment processes.
n
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver exceptional service levels.
n

About You

n

You are an experienced replenishment, procurement or supply chain professional with strong commercial acumen and a passion for operational excellence.

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Experience in replenishment, purchasing or supply chain management.
n
- Manufacturing or FMCG experience.
n
- Strong ERP and inventory management experience.
n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Outstanding communication and relationship management abilities.
n
- The ability to prioritise competing demands while maintaining attention to detail.
n
