What You'll Do

You'll be in the thick of it - managing priorities and high-impact hiring, within a supportive team of like-minded, driven members.

- Source, screen, and interview top talent, handle testing and references
n




- Keep candidates and team members in the loop with clear and timely updates
n
- Work with precision and efficiency, utilising multiple systems
n
- Support your Client Manager with client care
n
- Bring creativity to your candidate sourcing game

What You Bring

If you're proactive, people-savvy, and thrive in a client growth environment, you might just be who we're looking for.

- Min 2 years' experience in recruitment
n
- A genuine love of people and commitment to top-tier candidate care
n
- Clear, confident communicator - both in writing and on the phone
n
- You prioritise like a pro and keep your cool under pressure
n
- Tech-savvy and super organised (Ideally experience with Jobadder, Hiring Manager, Hubspot, Referoo, Microsoft Office, Co-pilot, Linkedin Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, Juicebox)
n
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship)
