About the Position:

n

We are seeking an experienced HR officer for a short term role near Blackwater. In this role you will work on a Monday to Friday roster and finish earlier on the Friday.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

n
- Providing timely HR advice and support to leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle.
n
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce administration activities.
n
- Responding to HR queries and providing guidance aligned with company policies and employment legislation.
n




- Supporting the management of employee relations matters including performance, conduct, and workplace concerns.
n
- Coaching frontline leaders on people management practices and HR processes.
n
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation within SuccessFactors.
n
- Preparing HR communications, reports and documentation as required.
n
- Supporting HR initiatives including EBA implementation, remuneration framework work, and workforce planning activities.
n
- Contributing to HR projects and site initiatives that support culture, engagement, and operational effectiveness.
n
- Working closely with the HR Manager to ensure consistent and effective HR support across the site.

Skills and experience:

n

- Strong administrative and organisational skills
n
- High attention to detail and organisation
n
- Ability to prioritise and work through a high volume of tasks
n
- Recruitment, HR Officer, or HR admin experience is ideal
n
- Proficient experience with Microsoft office and SuccessFactors software
n
