- Understanding the menu and promotional activities

- Handling cash and credit transactions
n
- Setting up and packing down functions and events
n
- Ensuring guest enquiries and restaurant dining reservations are followed through in a professional manner
n
- Preparing and serving food & drinks to a high standard as well as highlighting promotions for our guests
n
- Responding to colleague / guest requests promptly in order to deliver a seamless service in conjunction with service team
n
- Collaborating with our Events team and Kitchen to provide seamless service across out Food & Beverage Offerings
n
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and other beverages
n

- Proven experience in similar role
n
- Attention to detail - creating amazing guest service moments with the team
n
- Flexibility - working, weekends and public holidays are all part of the job
n
- Ability to work in a team and a fast-paced setting and prioritize workloads, as well as assist in supporting the team with other duties as required
n
- Excellent personal grooming and hygiene standards
n




- Motivation - your presence will impact your team and our guests; therefore, it will be important to stay motivated and energized
n
- Most importantly a passion for food & beverage
n
- A current RSA certificate
n
- You must have working rights in Australia
