MSS Security is seeking a dedicated and qualified Security Receptionist to join our team at our Research Centre located in Bundoora. This is a Monday to Friday position, where you will be a key part of the front-line security presence, creating a positive first impression while supporting the day-to-day operations of the site.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Managing and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
n
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
n
- Welcoming visitors and managing sign-in and sign-out procedures
n
- Issuing access passes and assisting with site access requirements
n
- Monitoring CCTV footage and reporting any incidents or concerns when required
n
- Providing a high level of customer service while maintaining site security standards
n

Requirements:

n

n
- Full Australian Working Rights
n
- A valid Victorian Security License (Control Room License preferred but not essential)
n




- First Aid & CPR (Or willing to obtain)
n
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors
n
- Previous experience in a security, reception, administration, or customer service role is highly regarded
n
- Basic computer skills with the ability to use email and general computer systems confidently
n
