We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Analyst to manage and optimise our ISS Tableau data infrastructure. This is a hands‐on role where you'll be the go‐to expert for user management, data integrity, and dashboard creation—helping our teams and Client stakeholders make informed, data‐driven decisions.

What You'll Do

n

- Create custom dashboards and reports for senior management and monthly reporting using Tableau Desktop
n
- Set up new users, monitor existing users' activity, and troubleshoot system issues
n
- Act as the primary point of contact for ISS and Client users, providing expert‐level Tableau consulting and support
n
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular quality checks of data sources, visualisations, and dashboards
n
- Train end‐users on new reports and dashboards, offering technical support as needed
n
- Present and explain data insights to ISS management and Client stakeholders to support strategic decision‐making
n
- Define, implement, and enforce security policies, manage access control, and set up monitoring systems for secure and efficient operations
n
- Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar business analyst role
n
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
n
- Excellent problem‐solving ability and attention to detail
n

- Results-focused with the ability to identify and prioritise problems, generate solutions, and collaborate for successful outcomes

- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with high motivation, initiative, and commitment, while managing multiple priorities

Compliance requirement - Australian Citizen & ability to gain a Defence Baseline Clearance

- Degree-level qualifications in Accounting or similar
n
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, formulas, macros)
n
- Experience with corporate accounting systems
