City FM Australia is seeking a proactive Cleaning Operations Supervisor for a permanent full-time role. In this hands‐on leadership position, you will manage cleaning services across multiple Early Learning Centres, overseeing a team of cleaning professionals, ensuring compliance with high standards, and driving operational excellence through audits and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Manage cleaning services across 57 Early Learning Centres across Queensland Metro/East region, ensuring compliance with schedules and specifications
n
- Conduct regular audits and site visits to maintain cleanliness standards and identify improvements
n
- Achieve KPIs related to service delivery, cleanliness, and budget targets
n
- Build strong relationships with Centre Directors and stakeholders
n
- Train and onboard new team members in day-to-day operations and OH&S;
n
- Ensure compliance with OH&S; requirements and company policies
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
- Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience
n
- Certificate IV Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations Management) – of benefit but not essential.
n
- Strong customer service and team management skills
n
- Problem-solving, analytical, and project management expertise
n
- Full driver's licence (essential)
n
- Valid working rights in Australia
n
- Willingness to obtain a Police Check and Blue Card
n
