Apprenticeships Are Us is seeking motivated 2nd, 3rd and 4th Year Panel Beating Apprentices to join one of our host employers in Emu Plains, NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity to continue your apprenticeship while completing your AUR32120 Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology.

What You'll Be Doing
n
Working alongside qualified tradespeople, you'll continue developing your skills by:
n
n
- Assessing vehicle damage and identifying repair requirements.
n
- Removing and replacing damaged vehicle panels and components.
n
- Repairing dents, scratches and structural damage.
n
- Straightening vehicle bodies and chassis components.
n
- Using welding, cutting, grinding and panel repair equipment.
n
- Preparing repaired panels for the refinishing process.
n
- Measuring and aligning body panels to manufacturer specifications.
n
- Following workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
n
- Supporting the day‐to‐day operations of a professional collision repair workshop.
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and committed to completing their trade.
n
To be successful, you'll have:
n
n
- Be currently undertaking a 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Panel Beating Apprenticeship.
n
- A genuine passion for the automotive repair industry.
n
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
n
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
n
- The ability to work well in a team environment.
n
- A current driver's licence (P1 or above preferred).
n
n
