Job Description

Aramex is seeking a Senior Fleet Manager to oversee on-site operations, lead the fleet manager team and coordinate with couriers, contractors and franchisees. The role focuses on delivering secure, efficient transport services and meeting performance targets.

You will implement best practices, manage training and development, ensure WHSE compliance, and drive continuous improvement across routing, scheduling and resource planning.
