Due to continued growth, we are now looking for experienced Mould Maintenance Technician. These roles are responsible for keeping our fibreglass pool moulds in tip-top condition, ensuring that they are in pristine condition to make our customers pools from.

About the Role
If you have relevant experience such as car detailing, fibreglass repairs, boat building or tanks then this role is perfect for you. If you have a can-do attitude and enjoy working in a team-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you. Additional training will be provided to help you succeed.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Asset & mould maintenance – Keeping moulds in top condition to ensure we keep producing award-winning swimming pools.
- Working safely as part of a team.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace – Ensuring tools and equipment are kept to the highest standard.
- Conduct gel coat and resin filling repairs to maintain mould quality
- Sand, polish and prepare pool moulds for production
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks
