About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator (minimum Diploma qualification) to join our energetic team. If you are passionate about fostering children's development and have a proven track record of supporting their growth, we welcome your application.

This is a fixed-term position commencing as soon as possible and ending on 16 December 2026.

Casual Educator and Teaching positions are also available. Please specify in your application if you wish to be considered for casual opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating engaging learning experiences: Designing and implementing play-based learning activities that inspire curiosity and creativity.
- Ensuring child safety and well-being: Prioritising children's safety and health, and maintaining a clean and stimulating environment.
- Building strong relationships: Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Supporting children's development: Guiding children's growth in all areas of development, from physical to social-emotional.
- Contributing to a positive team culture:



Collaborating with your team to achieve shared goals and continuously improve practices.
- Adhering to regulatory requirements: Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Requirements & Selection Criteria:

- Education & Pedagogy: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or higher), with demonstrated expertise in preschool programming and a strong working knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Child Safety Commitment: Demonstrated understanding of, and explicit commitment to child safety principles and children’s rights in early childhood settings by providing evidence of your completed Child Safety training.
- WWCC Details: Applicants must provide a valid Working With Children Check Clearance (WWCC) number and date of birth.
