To support its continued focus on business improvement, digital transformation and technology-enabled ways of working, the company is now seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to help create efficient solutions that meet business operational and strategic goals. The role will be based in Scoresby, Victoria.

The Position...

This position will provide you with the opportunity to work across multiple departments, helping to translate business and information needs into practical process, automation and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, map processes, document system needs and support improvements that make business operations more efficient and effective.

Reporting to the General Manager - Business Solutions & Efficiency, this role will suit someone who thrives on a challenge, enjoys solving problems, improving systems and turning business ideas into practical technology outcomes.

Responsibilities….

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and technology.

- Administer and enhance cloud-based CRM systems, workflows,



reporting and user adoption activities.

- Undertake WordPress development, maintenance and enhancement projects.

- Maintain system documentation and supporting UAT, change management and training activities.

- Ensure business systems solutions align with strategic, security, compliance and quality requirements

- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI agents

- Coordinate testing, deployment and continuous improvement of business applications.

- Design and support API integrations between internal and external systems.

- Engage stakeholders to gather, document and validate business requirements.

- Facilitate workshops, process mapping and business improvement initiatives.

- Support application development using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.

- Oversee systems implementation, working closely with technical team members and stakeholders.

- Support data quality, reporting and information management initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate...

To be successful in this role, you will need to be analytical and solutions-focused, have strong technical expertise, together with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate and engage with a range of stakeholders.

Specifically, the ideal candidate will require the following:

- Undergraduate qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline. (Mandatory)





- Demonstrated experience in business systems analysis, business requirements, requirements gathering and process mapping. (Mandatory)

- Experience with API integration and systems interfacing (Mandatory)

- Demonstrated experience in automating or enhancing business processes and systems to achieve improvement outcomes.

- Experience delivering technology improvements, including testing solutions, training users and supporting adoption.

- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI agent development.

- Programming/coding proficiency in one or more languages.

- WordPress development and website management experience.

- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), business process improvement methodologies, cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, data governance and information security principles.

- Must have full Australian working rights. Sponsorship is not available for this position
