Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

- Experience with utility retail platforms, preferably GenTrack.
- Robust understanding of retail business processes, customer operations, and billing environments.
- Proven experience managing complex multi-vendor transformation programs.
- Relevant project/program management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent).

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day program management activities, ensuring delivery remains aligned to approved scope, schedule, and budget.
- Monitor program health, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones, escalating concerns proactively.
- Track and drive adherence to the Statement of Work (SOW), governance framework,



and agreed delivery plans.
- Ensure quality assurance metrics, controls, and reporting mechanisms are implemented and maintained.
- Support the Program Director by providing accurate, timely, and transparent reporting on program status and risks.
- Work closely with business managers and stakeholders to secure required inputs, decisions, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Coordinate across vendors, business teams, and technical teams to ensure delivery commitments are met.
