Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

- Robust utilities sector experience, preferably within Australian retail energy or utility environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing strategic relationships with product vendors and executive leadership teams.
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformations involving customer, billing, and retail platforms.
- Prior experience in Western Australia or government-owned utility environments is highly desirable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide overall leadership, governance, and accountability for the retail transformation program.
- Manage executive stakeholders, Steering Committees, and key decision-making forums while maintaining alignment to program objectives.
- Partner with the utility, product vendor,



and delivery partners to establish a single source of truth for scope, schedule, risks, and outcomes.
- Drive proactive risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management to protect business operations and customer outcomes.
- Prevent scope creep and ensure all changes are formally assessed, governed, and approved. Hold vendors and delivery partners accountable for quality, delivery commitments, and program outcomes.
- Work closely with business leaders to ensure parallel operational activities are not adversely impacted during the transformation.
