ALS Limited is seeking a proactive Sample Preparation Trainer for our north Brisbane facility in Zillmere. You will lead inductions and role-specific training, coaching staff in sample preparation operations, and ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are met.
This role emphasises hands-on training, development of materials, and collaboration with the leadership team to build capability across the site. A Training & Assessment qualification or HSE/Quality background is advantageous.
