The ASICS retail team is getting ready to sleigh the holiday season! We’re on the hunt for a passionate Christmas Casual Retail Assistants (who are on the nice list) to join our Marsden Park team.

- A positive team player who takes initiative and picks up new tasks quickly
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- A cool, calm and collected operator who can manage the hustle and bustle of Christmas trade
- A strong understanding of the ASICS brand and our products
- An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
- A self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking, following instruction and working in a fast-paced environment
- Must have flexible availability to cater to a casual roster from November 2025- January 2026 and availability must include weekends, late trade nights and holidays

Required Qualifications:

- Proven retail experience or customer-facing service background
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Adaptable mindset with flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and late trading nights
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliable and punctual with genuine enthusiasm for the role

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a seasonal or casual retail position
- Knowledge of or genuine interest in the ASICS brand and athletic footwear
- Active interest in physical health, fitness, or wellbeing
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service in high-volume trading periods
- Self-motivated with proven ability to take initiative and learn quickly
- Comfortable using retail point-of-sale (POS) systems or similar technology
