Medical RMO 1:
n 1 -10 July 0800-1630 Mon-Fri at $130 per hour.
n 13 - 31 July 0800-1630 Mon-Fri at $100 per hour.

Medical RMO 2:
n 13 - 24 July 0800-1630 Mon-Fri at $100 per hour.

n

Medical RMO 3:
n 29 -10 July 0800-1630 Mon-Fri at $130 per hour.
n 13 - 31 July 0800-1630 Mon-Fri at $100 per hour.
