About The Client

This firm has a reputation for excellence and has a dedicated team of experienced lawyers who are passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate legal representation to their clients during some of life's most challenging times.

About the Role

n

I am seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Family Lawyer to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in managing your own caseload, providing strategic advice, and achieving successful outcomes for your clients.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage a diverse family law caseload from end-to-end, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, and child support
n
- Provide exceptional client service, with a focus on clear communication, empathy, and understanding
n
- Advocate for clients' rights in mediation,



negotiation, and court appearances
n
- Draft legal documents, including court applications and agreements
n
- Stay up-to-date with relevant family law legislation and case law
n
- Contribute to the development and growth of the firm
n

n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria
n
- Willing to complete Family Law Accreditation in the future
n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in family law
n
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
n
- Compassionate and empathetic approach
n
