Front Desk Co Ordinator or Senior Receptionist Opportunity

CP Dental Emerald is a modern, purpose-built dental practice located at 3 Egerton Street, right in the heart of Emerald. With several fully equipped treatment rooms and a warm, community-focused team, we provide general and specialised dental care to patients across Emerald and the surrounding region. What You'll Be Doing

- Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Managing appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Processing payments, including EFTPOS and HICAPS health fund claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative systems
- Supporting the clinical team to keep the day running on schedule
- Helping maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
- Managing daily account reconciliation and banking
- Assisting with staff rosters and scheduling




- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new team members

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role (dental or medical experience highly regarded but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computer-based booking and administration systems
- Experience with account reconciliation and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Prior exposure to staff rostering and/or recruitment processes is an advantage
- A friendly, calm, and professional manner, even during busy periods
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and personable
