Bambini Early Learning in Balwyn is seeking a passionate and experienced Curriculum Co-Ordinator / Educational Leader to join our boutique, purpose-built centre. This is an exciting part-time opportunity (with the option of full time employment) for a dedicated professional ready to take the next step in their career.
This is adual role, in addition to your leadership and curriculum responsibilities, you will work directly alongside our team as a practicing educator. You will spend meaningful time on the floor each day, actively engaging with children, supporting their learning journeys, and modelling best practice pedagogy for the wider team.

About the role:
As theCurriculum Co-Ordinator / Educational Leader, you will:
- Inspire and mentor our team to deliver arich, child-led curriculum
- Collaborate with educators to createengaging, intentional play spacesboth indoors and outdoors
- Guide reflective practice and drive continuous improvement
- Support a culture ofaccountability, inclusion, and professional development
- Be a key part of our leadership team, contributing to long-term centre growth and succession planning
About you:
You are an experienced early childhood professional who:
- Has demonstrated success in anEducational Leader or Curriculum Co-Ordinatorrole
- Bringsstrong leadership skillsand the ability to inspire and guide others
- Communicates effectively withchildren, families, staff,
and the wider community
- Shows deep knowledge of theEYLF and NQFand can confidently lead educational practice
- Is passionate, driven, and eager tocontribute to and grow witha forward-thinking organisation
- Understands the power ofobservation, documentation, and reflection

Your credentials:
- A Diploma/Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification.
- Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the EYLF, VEYLDF, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standards.
- Current Working with Children's Check.
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.
