What you'll be doing

- Bring client and partner events to life, supporting delivery from planning through to execution.
n
- Coordinate event logistics, stakeholder engagement and onsite event delivery.
n
- Support budgets, supplier management and event administration.
n
- Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to create exceptional event experiences.
n
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, event promotions and brand communications.
n

What you bring
n
Experience & Skills
n
n
- 2+ years' experience in event coordination or event management.
n
- Proven experience delivering successful client or partner events.
n
- Strong organisation, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and suppliers.
n
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
n
- Solid attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional event experiences.
