Role Description
n
This is a full‐time, on‐site Project Engineer (Civil / Structural / Architectural) role based in Adelaide, SA. The Project Engineer will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of property and resources projects from early design through to construction and commissioning.

Core Responsibilities
n

- Manage and coordinate consultants (civil, structural, architect)
n
- Review designs for constructability, cost, and risk
n
- Support feasibility studies & early‐stage planning
n
- Assist with procurement, tender review, and contractor selection
n
- Manage construction phase issues (RFI responses, variations)
n
- Liaise with clients, councils,
and contractors
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
- Strong Project Engineering and Project Management skills, including experience supporting the delivery of civil, structural, or architectural projects.
n
- Competence in Project Planning, including scheduling, resource coordination, and tracking progress against milestones.
n
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
n
- Foundational knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and willingness to coordinate with electrical and other engineering disciplines.
n
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
n
- Experience in property, infrastructure, or resources projects, including exposure to construction sites and contractor coordination.
n
- Familiarity with relevant Australian standards, building codes, and WHS requirements.
n
- Proficiency in common engineering and strong analytical, communication and problem‐solving abilities.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage competing priorities, and maintain a high standard of technical accuracy.
