Southern Gulf NRM is seeking a Project Officer (NRM) to support activities in the Biodiversity, Pest and Weeds, and Sustainable Agriculture programs within the Southern Gulf region. This full-time position can be based in Mount Isa or elsewhere within the SGNRM region. Responsibilities include implementing natural resource management projects, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, participating in research, delivering project activities (such as invasive species assessment and mapping), and supporting data collation and reporting. The role offers varied tasks negotiated with the General Manager and Team Leaders, requiring a multidisciplinary and proactive approach.
