We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in high‑end residential construction to join our growing team. This is a full‑time role overseeing the day‑to‑day delivery of architecturally detailed residential projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to an exceptional standard.

This is a full‑time role overseeing the day‑to‑day delivery of architecturally detailed residential projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to an exceptional standard.

You’re highly organised, proactive and detail‑driven. You plan ahead, anticipate issues and take pride in preventing problems before they arise. You enjoy being hands‑on, spending time on site, inspecting works personally and engaging directly with trades, consultants and clients.

You’re an exceptional communicator who keeps everyone aligned. You’re confident picking up the phone, sending the email or having the necessary conversation as soon as it’s needed, and you make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You’re motivated, solutions‑focused and take genuine ownership of your role. You thrive when given autonomy, are confident making decisions and take pride in seeing a project through from start to finish—without compromising on quality or detail.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing the day‑to‑day operations of the construction site

- Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries

- Programming works and proactively identifying upcoming requirements or potential delays

- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, programme and budget

- Maintaining clean,



organised and safe sites that comply with WHS requirements

- Working collaboratively with architects, interior designers, consultants and clients

- Monitoring workmanship, quality control and defect prevention throughout construction

- Managing site documentation, inspections, approvals and variations

- Using Procore to manage site documentation, drawings, RFIs, inspections, progress records and project communication

- Reading and interpreting architectural, structural and services drawings

- Identifying and resolving construction issues promptly and practically

- Providing regular and accurate progress updates to the Project Manager and company directors

- Leading and motivating the site team to deliver an exceptional finish

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering high‑end residential projects

- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing and detailing

- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and services documentation

- Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills

- A meticulous eye for detail and an uncompromising approach to quality

- Strong leadership and subcontractor‑management skills

- Experience using Procore or similar construction management software is highly regarded; training can be provided for the right candidate

- Current NSW White Card

- Current driver’s licence

- Relevant trade qualification or construction qualification is highly regarded
