Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable from existing clients, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining account balances, resolving payment discrepancies, and preparing regular reports on the status of accounts receivable.

- Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate and manage accounts effectively

- Experience in Finance and Debt Collection practices

- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams

- Proficiency in Invoicing methodologies

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office is a plus

- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
