About the role

As Branch Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our Tweed Heads branch, ensuring a safe, customer-focused and high-performing environment. You'll be responsible for driving profitable growth, developing your team, managing branch resources, and delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure safe, efficient and customer-focused performance.

Create a high-performing, team-oriented culture through effective leadership, coaching and accountability.

Drive branch performance to achieve revenue, margin and profitability targets.

Manage stock levels and branch expenditure to support operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.

Build strong customer relationships and ensure the branch consistently delivers exceptional service.

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance branch performance and customer outcomes.
