The Role:

n

Following our successful tender win at Sunshine Coast Airport we are embarking on the delivery of six large scale Food & Beverage venues that will be progressively developed over the next 12 months. As a result, we are building a brand-new Food & Beverage team to support what will become our largest F&B; footprint to date.

n

As our core Back of House Team, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality food across multiple new venues.

n

What You'll Do:

n

n
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and presentation standards
n
- Assist with food prep, portioning, and stock rotation
n
- Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene
n
- Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
n
- Work collaboratively with chefs and front-of-house teams
n
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety, WHS, and airport regulations
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Experience in a commercial kitchen or food production environment (preferred)
n
- Passion for food quality and teamwork
n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace
n
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
n




- Food Safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Ability to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)
n
