About The Role
n
Join Rosterfy's growing Design Team as a Product Designer and help shape the experience of a global volunteering platform. You'll work alongside passionate designers, engineers,
and product managers to solve real problems and create intuitive experiences that make a genuine impact.
n

What You'll Do
n
n
- Lead the end-to-end design process—from discovery and research through to high-fidelity designs—creating intuitive experiences that solve real customer problems
n
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate solutions, and continuously improve the platform
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to experiment, innovate, and iterate quickly in an agile environment
n
- Champion the customer voice in every decision, sharing insights that build shared understanding and team alignment
n
- Create journey maps, storyboards, information architecture, and interactive prototypes that inform product decisions
n
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver products that drive satisfaction and growth
n
- Identify and prioritize UX improvements across the platform and contribute to our evolving design system
n
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and desirability across all platform experiences
n
- Track and analyze product performance using analytics and user feedback, iterating to achieve business and user goals
n
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery
n
n
What You'll Need
n
n
- 5+ years of product design experience,
ideally in B2B SaaS or growth-stage companies
n
- Portfolio demonstrating your UX/UI design process and approach to problem-solving
n
- Comfort working in ambiguity and adaptability to take on challenging initiatives
n
- Proven ability to design and deliver exceptional digital products end-to-end
n
- Strong UI craft with a passion for accessible, functional interfaces
n
- Hands‐on UX skills including user flows, wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and usability testing
n
- Ability to break down complex problems, make insight‐driven design decisions, and articulate trade‐offs
n
- Experience designing complex workflows for web, mobile, or native applications
n
- Experience using and contributing to design systems
n
- Familiarity with agile delivery and tools like Figma, Miro, JIRA, and Confluence
n
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross‐functional teams
n
n

- Experience with Enterprise platforms or Workforce Management solutions
n
- Commercial mindset to making design investments for maximum impact

- Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems

- Experience designing customer‐facing workflow visualisation and automation
