Around 70% of your time will be spent where great sales leaders create value: coaching your team, building customer partnerships, identifying growth opportunities and strengthening PPG's position across the market.

How you'll make an impact

- In your first few months, you'll focus on building strong relationships with customers, stores and internal stakeholders, understanding the opportunities across the territory, and assessing team capability.
- Over time, success will be measured through market share growth, deeper strategic customer partnerships, stronger team performance and creating a disciplined, high-performing sales culture.

You'll:

- Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals across FNQ and NT
- Drive profitable sales growth, customer engagement and market share
- Build strategic relationships with trade customers, builders, contractors and dealer networks




- Identify opportunities to grow key accounts and expand customer partnerships
- Strengthen pipeline management, forecasting and CRM effectiveness
- Create a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Service to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
