About the Role

n

Busy Bees at Port Kennedy is looking for an experienced and motivated Centre Director to lead our service. With a licensed capacity of 86 children, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supporting your team, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for children and families.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education
n
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and ACECQA requirements
n
- Oversee enrolments, occupancy, rostering, and budgeting
n
- Build strong, lasting partnerships with families and the local community
n
- Collaborate with the Educational Leader to drive continuous improvement and high-quality curriculum delivery
n
- Promote Busy Bees' values of Care, Quality, Service, and Value
n

What You'll Need

n

n
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
n
- Proven leadership experience in a childcare or early education setting
n
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and compliance frameworks
n
- Current Working with Children Check (WA)
n
- Current First Aid, CPR,



Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
n
