Job Description

Key Responsibilities

n

- Warmly welcome and farewell all guests with genuine hospitality
n
- Maintain a well-organised and efficient host station, ensuring smooth communication with the service team.
n
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries or special requests.
n
- Assist the floor team in service and enquiries
n
- Keep an up-to-date knowledge of menus, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest queries confidently
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Two years previous experience as a host/hostess in a luxury or lifestyle establishment
n




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable manner
n
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
n
- Confident in using SevenRooms and POS systems (preferred)
n
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and engaging in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
n
