Multiple Roles - Bundoora, Heidelberg, Lilydale, Kinglake, Mernda, Diamond Creek

Role Responsibilities

- Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and social support
n
- Assist with daily routines, appointments, and community access
n
- Build trusting relationships and promote independence
n
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience in disability or aged care support (preferred but not essential)
n




- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
n
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
n
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to apply
n
- Working with Children Check or willingness to apply
n
- Industry vaccination requirements or willingness to obtain
n
- Police Check or willingness to obtain
n
