We’re a proudly Australian-owned bedding manufacturer and we’re looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our close-knit production team. What You’ll Be Doing
Operating and monitoring quilting machines used in mattress and bedding production
Setting up machines, adjusting settings, and ensuring smooth operation
Checking product quality and maintaining high standards
Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Following and promoting safe work practices at all times
Assisting with basic maintenance and troubleshooting when required
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience operating quilting machinery (bedding or textile industry preferred but not essential)
Strong understanding of machine safety and workplace procedures
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
A positive attitude and willingness to support your teammates
