The Role – Advice Associate

n

We're looking for an Advice Associate who loves detail, enjoys problem‐solving, and gets satisfaction from knowing their work makes a real difference to clients' lives.

n

In this role, you'll work closely with our Financial Advisers and wider team to help create high-quality advice that clients genuinely understand and feel good about.

n

You'll be involved in everything from preparing advice documents to researching strategies, and ensuring everything we deliver meets our high compliance standards.

n

Your day-to-day will include:

n

- Preparing and reviewing SOAs, ROAs, and supporting advice documents
n
- Researching financial products and strategies
n




- Supporting advisers in and around their client meetings.
n
- Maintaining accurate client records
n
- Ensuring all advice meets compliance and regulatory standards
n
- Helping deliver a friendly, positive, and memorable client experience
n
- Working closely with a fun, supportive team that values contribution and initiative
n

About You

n

You don't need to tick every box, but here's what helps you thrive in this role:

- Experience in financial services or advisory support (preferred)
n
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
n
- Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to the implementation of advice
n
- Ability to navigate financial software and learn new systems quickly
n
- A positive attitude and a collaborative working style
n
- Initiative, great organization skills, and a willingness to grow
n
- Someone who wants to help improve things and share ideas with the team
