Customer Experience Specialist

Responsibilities
n
n
- Development and management of a customer loyalty programme for Chery and create lifetime value through the programme.
n
- Evaluate the programmes performance and investigate opportunities to recommend promotions and strategies that drive member engagement (e.g., ROI, new member acquisition and activation goals).
n
- Planning and execution of Chery customer events. Support with project and event executions for the Brand.
n
- The organisation completion of both online and offline customer activities.
n
- Set up a scoring system for customers to recommend potential customers to purchase cars.
n
- Manage all day‐to‐day activities associated with the overall success and growth of assigned loyalty programmes and customer events.
n
- Completion of dealer instruction manuals.
n
- Recruitment of current customers and brand ambassadors to the Chery brand.
n
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments,
as well as actions taken in collaboration with customer care department.
n
- Track and compile regular user analysis data based on sales information (customer portrait analysis, customer demand analysis).
n
- Dealer customer operation support (activity guidebook, execution guide).
n
- Develop long‐term customer operation strategy output and adjustment, coordinate with Brand and aftersales department. Support in marketing strategy by providing ideas based on customer analysis.

Qualifications
n
n
- Bachelor's degree.
n
- 2-5 years' experience in marketing / brand coordination.
n
n
Skills
n
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
- Presentation skills and MS Office suite skillset.
n
- Be able to work under deadlines.
n
- Better to have Moderator experience and no stage fright.
n
n
