Hope & Ability is a rapidly growing allied health practice providing Psychology and Positive Behaviour Support services to children, adolescents, and adults across Melbourne under the NDIS, Medicare, and private funding.
We are building a clinician-first practice where quality care comes before unrealistic KPIs. Our goal is to create an workplace where practitioners are well supported, well remunerated, and have genuine opportunities for professional growth.
We are currently seeking passionate General or Provisional Psychologists to join our expanding team.
About the Role:
Flexible contractor position (ABN required)
Full-time or part-time opportunities (provisionals)
Hybrid work with a combination of clinic, community, schools, telehealth, and home visits
Flexible working hours with complete control over your schedule
Immediate referrals available
Diverse caseload across children, adolescents, and adults
Opportunity to work across NDIS, Medicare (Psychologists), and private clients
You will have the autonomy to practise in a way that aligns with your clinical style while being supported by an experienced and responsive leadership team.

General or Provisional Psychologist Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions
Develop individualised treatment plans
Complete clinical reports, progress reports, and letters
Deliver services across clinic, community, school, home, and telehealth settings
Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams
About General or Provisional Psychologist
Current AHPRA registration as a General or Provisional Psychologist
Experience working with children and/or adults
Interest or experience in NDIS, disability, or community mental health
Excellent interpersonal and report-writing skills
Ability to work independently

Job Types: Subcontract, Full-time or Part-time (depending on qualifications)
Salary: AU$100,000-AU$150,000 per year (contractor earnings dependent on caseload)
